CUSTOM & FUTURE RIDES

CUSTOM RIDES

More often than not, we respond to inquiries asking us to design a ride to match simultaneously the vacation time, riding skills, and specific interests of our guests. This is where we shine in expertise and enthusiasm. Nothing gives Norberto greater pleasure than to dialogue with his guests, map in hand or trails in mind, listen attentively to their interests, answer questions and concerns, suggesting one option or another, and ultimately arriving at a mutually designed itinerary of riding, exploring, relaxing and learning. He has arranged itineraries as short as two days and as long as fourteen. Norberto is presently exploring what will become a sixteen-day tour with, as you might hold your breath hoping for, plenty of first-class lodging and restaurant-prepared meals to break up that one must relinquish the privilege of all of civilized accoutrements for the experience of wilderness riding in Copper Canyon. Trust that we, too, love a hot shower, comfortable bed, and a lazy day of reading, re-grouping and watching life unfold before us. To this end, we invite you to write to us, express your ideas, and let us help to make your visit everything you could hope for and…always, much, much more.

FUTURE RIDES TO EXPLORE: GUESTS INVITED

In mid-2006, we will be exploring the northernmost of the Copper Canyons, Huapoca Canyon, 1620 meters deep, and littered with ancient caves and pictographs. At the bottom of this canyon runs the Papigochi River, along the banks of which are exquisite sites for camping, fishing and swimming. We plan to explore what is known as the Zonade Madera Chiricahua's Territory: Las Nortena, Chuhuichupa and . . . on over to the Sonora border! Apache Indian historians, archaeologists, and high-adventurers will want to consider this ride. We may do it only once! Stay in touch with us if you want to fall in with the band.
