Susan Shields acts only as an Agent for Norberto Padilla and El Aventurero, providing such adjunctive services as transportation between Sonoita, Arizona and/or other U.S. points, and Creel, Chihuahua, Mexico and/or other services. Susan Shields shall not be deemed liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever in connection with any other means of transportation or conveyance/and or services connected to these tours or horseback rides; or any delay, any damage or expense or inconvenience due to weather, or any other reason man-made or natural, additional expense, loss or injury or damage to or arising, and the purchaser releases and absolves Susan Shields, from any and all liability for property loss or damage, howsoever caused and/or from any and all damages resulting from death or personal injury, including loss of services, which may be sustained on account of, arising out of or while engaged on said trip, surface transportation, inn, horseback or other services incidental to said trip or elements thereof. It is further understood that beyond payment for such transportation between Sonoita, Arizona and/or other U.S. points, and Creel, Chihuahua, Mexico, all monies paid shall constitute sole contract between guest and Norberto Padilla.
